KPM model furnaces are specially designed for tooling construction processes and hardening shops, for processed such as annealing, hardening or preheating for forging. 

The construction of the chamber is protected by shatterproof, light weight insulation bricks, that is durable against heavy loads, associated with metal processing.

Description

 

§  Front loader chamber furnace, door is opened on the side (right or left – on request);

§  KPM 80/1300 maximal temperature reaches up to 1300⁰C;

§  KPM 120/1200 maximal temperature reaches up to 1200⁰C;

 

Heating elements and thermocouple

§  Heating is provided from 3 sides (heating elements are embedded in both side walls and in the floor);

§  Heating elements are secured on ceramic tubes, that ensures free transmission of heat and longer service life;

§  Heating elements are made of high quality materials. Most optimal wire size and lenght ensures long service life;

§ The arrangement of heating elements ensures optimal heat distribution in the chamber;

 

Insulation materials

§  Working camera made from lightweight refractory bricks;

§  Furnace insulation is made from ThermalCeramics® high quality lightweight refractory materials;

 

Another standartd features

§ Casting made of steel tubes and sheets;

§ Surface of the furnace is treated with long life powder-spray coating.

§ Heating elements, that are embedded in floor, are protected by a plate or refractory concrete

§ Door safety switch that shuts down power when door is opened.

 

Thick wall insulation ensures low power consumption, as well as low surface temperature of external walls during burning!

         § Delayed start ( up to 9h 59min);

 

         § Heating (controlled from 1 to 999°C/h or full power                     “SKIP”) untill the intermediate temperature;

 

         § Heating (controlled from 1 to 999°C/h or full power                    “SKIP”) untill the end temperature;

 

         § Retention time (up to 9h 59min);

 

         § Cooling down (cotrolled from 1 to 999°C/h or                                 uncontrolled “SKIP”) till 150°C
